I asked the manufacturer for confirmation. If you would like to do anything from 115 – 530 mL, you would need to purchase new blocks and pistons which are about $25,000 USD. If your production rates aren't too high, you could do double shots. For example, if you are looking to do 200 mL of product, you could set the machine to 100 mL and do a double shot.
