14-foot tandem-axle concession trailer shell (Model CF14). This unit is completely empty inside (no appliances or kitchen equipment) and requires exterior cosmetic work (rust present). Tires must be replaced before towing. Excellent blank-canvas project for a custom build. Sold AS-IS.
Up for auction is a Supreme Products Model CF14 concession trailer. This unit is being sold as an empty shell, making it a great starting point for a custom food truck, mobile boutique, or utility trailer buildout.
Condition Details:
- Interior: Completely gutted. There are no appliances, sinks, prep tables, or interior fixtures included.
- Exterior: The exterior metal panels and frame show visible signs of rust. This is an ideal candidate for sanding, priming, and applying a vinyl wrap or fresh paint.
- Tires & Towing: CRITICAL NOTE: The current tires are severely aged/worn and are not safe for highway transport. The winning bidder must either bring a flatbed trailer to haul it away, or bring a jack, tools, and a set of replacement trailer tires to swap on-site before towing.
- Axles: Tandem axle.

- AS-IS, WHERE-IS: This trailer is sold strictly in "AS-IS" condition with no warranties or guarantees regarding its roadworthiness or structural condition.

Removal
Buyers will need to visit the Visitors Center to complete background to gain access to the military base. Anyone entering the base must present the "REAL ID" to gain access.
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
