(32) Cubicles of Multiple Sizes, All Files, and All Freestanding Furniture

Cubicle furniture consisting of 62H panels, worksurfaces, pedestals, and flipper door storage units, and lateral files.
Wallace Building - 1st Floor - (32) cubicles.
Panels are a mixture of cloth and laminate with metal frames. The panels are different colors. Metal connectors are cream-colored. Laminate work surfaces are solid patterns and multiple colors.

Panel height is 62"H. Panels along windows are typically 34"H. Panels are typically 12" wide, 24" wide, or
48" wide. See panels on the attached plan labeled with a tag of height/width (i.e. 62/48).

REMOVAL: Removal can start on 07/18/2025, and all items must be removed no later than the end of the day on Friday, August 1, 2025.

If items are not removed by the end of the day on August 1, 2025 - THE BUYER WILL BE DEFAULTED.
Buyer must have appropriate staff to dismantle and uninstall (32) cubicles within the time frame stated.
Buyer must have appropriate vehicles to haul away all furniture within the time frame stated.

There will be NO EXCEPTION to the time frame for removal.

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Removal

REMOVAL: Removal can start on 07/18/2025, and all items must be removed no later than the end of the day on Friday, August 1, 2025. If items are not removed by the end of the day on August 1, 2025 - THE BUYER WILL BE DEFAULTED. Buyer must have appropriate staff to dismantle and uninstall (32) cubicles within the time frame stated. Buyer must have appropriate vehicles to haul away all furniture within the time frame stated. There will be NO EXCEPTION to the time frame for removal. REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
