Removal is by appointment only - M-F. Walk-ins will be turned away. **Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Call 515-559-7104 or email sprall@dps.state.ia.us Monday - Friday to schedule appointment. If you do not receive a response do not just come in to pick up. Please note that if you email on a Friday it may not be answered until the following Monday. **Buyer must pick up items in person. An alternate person or agency may pick up on the buyer's behalf. The buyer MUST email sprall@dps.state.ia.us with the alternate person or agency's name and information prior to pick up. A valid ID and the GovDeals Buyer's Certificate must be shown as proof of purchase by the person picking up. Items will not be able to be removed unless these conditions are met. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. ***Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Seller is unable to assist in loading or removing items, any additional assistance needed in loading bulky, large or heavy items is to be provided by the buyer. We will NOT ship item(s) to buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS.**

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for mis-description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
