You are bidding on a pallet of surplus desktop computers. These units are being sold as-is, for parts or repair only. All hard drives have been removed in accordance with data security policies.

110 laptops mostly HP with a few Apple(6) and Lenovo(8) mixed in

Important Terms:
• No shipping available. Buyer must arrange for in-person pickup only 24 hours prior to pick up time.
• No inspection offered. Units are sold sight unseen.
• No hard drives included.
• Condition of internal components is unknown and not guaranteed.
• Units may show signs of wear including scratches, dust, or missing parts.

Payment

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal

REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
