5-Ton-60,000 btu, 14Seer Air Conditioner Condenser with 5-Ton 60,000 btu Air Handler with multi-standard ECM-Motor. York brand in good working condition
The condenser model YCE60B21SA has easy installation with independent panels for quick access. Durable finish with coated steel, wired fan guard, galvanized steel chassis, protected compressor and top discharge.
Refrigerant type R-410A , measures 36 1/4 height, 38" width, 34 1/4 depth, weight 205 lbs
Air Handler-model AE60CX22, provides rigid construction with G30 galvanized steel case and max alloy coil. Can be used for upflow and downflow horizontal right or left application. measurements 55 3/4 height, 21" wide, 20 1/2 length with filter 20x20x1 weight 156 lbs.
Both pieces are in working conditions and must be sold together and removed at the same time. Sold as is, no accessories only the equipment.

As per the Terms and Conditions of the Sale, the University reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed. Therefore and in all cases, the ‘apparent high bid’ shall be subject to review, approval, and acceptance by the University prior to any payment. The University will contact the successful bidder via email no later than two (2) business days after bid closing date to confirm acceptance or rejection of bid. If accepted, Bidder must make payment online by logging into their GovDeals account, selecting “MyBids”, and following the instructions accordingly. Payment must be made 3-days from University notification. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. PayPal and Credit Card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, and the buyer's premium, equals more than $4,999.99, PayPal and Credit Cards may not be used. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days.
Removal
REMOVAL: WINNING BIDDER MUST CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Buyer must show Certificate before picking up item. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding University holiday’s. A daily storage fee may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. **The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
