Cubicles: Lot of (82) 8' x 10' Cubicles consisting of (2) 48" L x 24" W Desk Surfaces and (1) corner surface, (2) Undermount 2-Drawer Filing Cabinets, (2) Overhead Bins w/ undermount lights. Cubicle furniture consists of 60" H wall panels w/ 3" electrical raceway.

Panel height is 60" H. Panels are typically 24" or 48" wide. Panels are cream- or blue-colored cloth covering over wood with cream-colored metal frames. Desk surfaces are wood with cream-colored laminate. Desk surfaces are 48" long x 24" wide. Undermount 2-drawer filing cabinets are metal. Flipper-door overhead bins are metal with cloth-covered wood doors. Includes all electrical whips, connectors, and outlets.

REMOVAL: The furniture is not available for pickup until 10/20/2025. ALL furniture must be removed no later than 5:00 pm CT 10/27/2025. Buyer is responsible for all decommissioning and removal of the entire lot of furniture. Buyer must have appropriate number of persons to dismantle and uninstall all furniture within the stated timeframe. Buyer must have appropriate tools, dollies, carts, vehicles to move and haul away all furniture. If ALL furniture is not removed by the above-stated time/date, THE BUYER WILL BE DEFAULTED!

There will be NO EXCEPTION to the time frame for removal!

Condition of items is unknown. Items are being sold as is without any warranties or guarantees. All items are used and may have imperfections. Inspections are by appointment only.
