PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Buyer needs to provide adequate help, supplies (boxes, bags, crates, etc.), and equipment for removing these auction items from IDOB premises. No IDOB staff, supplies, or equipment will be available to help. If you do not bring adequate assistance, supplies, and/or equipment to move the auction items, you will need to come back another day. IDOB office hours are 8-4:30, M-F. On the day you pick your auction items up, you must be done removing them from IDOB premises before 4:30. If you do not arrive early enough to be done before 4:30, you will need to come back another day.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
