AC units still have freon in them and both furnaces and ac units are connected to electricity. A certified HVAC technician is required for proper and safe removal of all of the items in this lot.

If a buyer isn't HVAC certified, they will be required to hire someone certified to remove freon and disconnect electricity prior to removal. This is for the safety of the buyer and the environment!

If a buyer doesn't supply an HVAC certificate or have a certified tech to assist. They may be ineligible for removal and may not be allowed to purchase said items

The Furnaces & AC are located at the old Education Center at Springbrook State Park. There are a total of 5 buildings with multiples of both AC & Furnaces located within the buildings. Buyer must bring tools to remove furnaces and AC units from buildings. Coils, Thermostats, fittings, and parts are all included with the purchase. Purchase & Installed in 2014 - They have been shut off since 2017, so ran for about 3 years.
