We have a little project auction for everyone to bid on
The auction includes the following:
Open box of floor rile
Tiles are 12 x 12 and there are twelve tiles in total
Tile color is light blue
Also included are some miscellaneous tile pieces as seen on the pictures
One bag of tile mortar
Also looks like two pieces of marble sitting behind the tile pieces
One interior six panel door
Door measures 36" x 80" and is white
There is no key for the door handle
One interior door, unpainted
Door measures 28" x 79.5"
There is no keys for the door locks

INSPECTION: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description.
Vehicle inspections will be allowed. Inspection of other items that are listed for sale will be determined on a case by case basis.
Appointments must be set. Drop in inspections may or may not be allowed. Potential buyers may be turned away without a scheduled appointment for inspection of vehicles or other listed items.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.
