2017 John Deere Gator TX. 4x2. Kawasaki 15.5 HP air cooled engine. Manual dump bed. Runs, starts and drives fine. The tires are in good shape. The seats have a few tears in them as seen in the pictures. 600-pound bed weight capacity. 1,000-pound towing capacity. Being replaced per our vehicle replacement program. Overall, this machine is in great working order.

Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the item for sale. Payment
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Town of Surfside Beach assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
