Seller DOES NOT Ship, Label, Package, Load, Lift, Carry, Assist with equipment or Manpower.
Buyer is Soley responsible for all Loading, Lifting, packaging, etc.
Seller will not make any arrangements with shipping companies or recommend a shipper.
Seller Will Not print out labels, measure or weigh items. Do Not ask Seller to put labels on items or box items.

Buyer Must Pick up in Person or arrange for a third-party shipper.
Buyer if using a Third party to pick up the items. Buyer is required to provide a Release form from Gov Deals and provide a copy of their Driver’s License / State issued Identification with the release.

Seller reserves the right in case of Emergency to be closed to the public.
Pick up must be scheduled 48 hours in advance during normal weekly business hours.
