***Building Only**** Property not included! Quonset Hut Style metal building to be disassembled and removed. The Building is 80 x 50 x16. The buyer will responsible for removing the building. The buyer will be responsible for removing any debris and clean up area of removal site. Also one 4 ton Rheem HVAC will be apart of the building. This unit is approximately 8-10 years old. **** Demo and Removal of interior build-out, electrical and plumbing will be responsibility of the buyer. Slab and lot to be left clean after removal. To be left clean to sellers satisfaction. Payment

Removal


ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All items must be removed within 90 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Buyers will be responsible for cleaning any debris on the property left from removal
A daily storage fee of $50.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
