2023 John Deere Gator. Model is XUV-E. 32 hp gas engine. 4x4, manual dump bed, full 4-wheel independent suspension, led screen. Starts, runs and drives fine. No known issues. Taken out of service 9-15-2025 per our equipment replacement program. Everything works as it should. This machine is in really good shape as seen in the pictures. Has a top speed of 45 mph.
Used by our Police Dept for events and beach services. Cleaned and washed after every use. Very well maintained, cleaned monthly on a lift. Pictures of the under carriage have been attached as well.
The reserve was not met on the first time this machine was listed. It has been lowered.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Town of Surfside Beach assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 7:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
