2010 Mazda MAZDA3 SEDAN 4-DR, 2.0L L4 DOHC 16V. We think its an i Touring, 4 door, manual transmission, don't know if it is a 4 or 5 speed, label is gone. This is a seized vehicle so we have no information about the history or maintenance of this vehicle. The listed mileage is what shows on the dash, to the best of our knowledge it is correct. We have NO TITLE to the vehicle because it is seized. Buyer will have their GovDeals paperwork and we will give you a non-certified copy of the Department of Safety award paper (we don't have a certified copy) and an Affidavit of Seller form stating why there is no title. Please check with your local title office before purchase. Some states/areas will not accept this paperwork. Vehicle DOES NOT start, we sold this vehicle twice last year but the winning bidders would not pay for it so it has sat on the lot, it did start last year but it was hard to get it running then, oil light on, steering wheel symbol with an ! was on, exhaust smoked a little, it was pretty quiet once it started. It was seized 8/17/23. Exterior grey, headlights fogged, paint faded, wipers rusted and worn, drivers window is broken out, hail type dents on the hood, scratch on drivers door, ding in drivers rear door, dent drivers rear door at the top, moldings faded. Interior black cloth, drivers seat and floor area is full of glass from where window was broken out, carpet and plastic on drivers side of center console under dash is cut open, water has gotten inside due to window gone, smells bad inside, very, very dirty inside, back of front seats, back seat and floor especially dirty and stained, light cover gone, headliner dirty, stock radio CD, AC doesn't work, cruise, tilt, remote mirrors, power steering, windows don't work from drivers panel, locks, dual air bags.
All seized vehicle titles and/or paperwork will be distributed at the pickup location by the Police Department.

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
When scheduling a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what documentation is required to release the item(s). At the time of pick‑up, buyers are generally required to present a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, along with a valid driver’s license. If someone other than the Buyer will be completing the pick‑up, an Authorization of Release must be provided.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure all required documentation is presented to the Seller. The Seller will not supply forms to the Buyer or their representative, nor will the Seller act as an intermediary between the Buyer and their representative.
Vehicle titles, except seized, are maintained separately and must be picked up by the Buyer or their representative from the Finance Department located at 601 E Main St, Johnson City, TN 37604. All seized vehicle titles and/or paperwork will be distributed at the pickup location by the Police Department.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days.

Under no circumstances will the City of Johnson City, Tennessee assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
Property may only be removed between the hours of 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday thru Friday eastern daylight saving time.
