Condition & Inspection:
As-Is, Where-Is: All items are sold in their current condition with no warranties, expressed or implied.

Functionality: The functional condition of these units is unknown. Items are surplus and may require repair, maintenance, or missing components (such as ink/toner, power cables, or software drivers).

Removal & Shipping:
Loading: The winning bidder is solely responsible for the removal, packing, and loading of all items. No assistance or equipment (e.g., forklifts or pallet jacks) will be provided by the seller.

Large Equipment: Please note that the HP Large Scale printer is a heavy, oversized item. Ensure you have a vehicle and personnel capable of safely transporting this unit.

Removal

REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
