The Mosquito Abatement District - Davis is selling a Metal Building and Canopy / Carport is included if wanted with the sale.
Time frame:
The building has to be removed by March 6, 2026. There are no exceptions to this deadline. If not removed by date it will be tore down for construction.
Dismantle Notes:
The power and gas will be terminated prior to auction end date. Items that are attched to building are included: 2 Garage doors and openers, 1 tube heater, 1 exhaust fan, 2 man doors, interior lighting. NONE of the equipment is included. Please ensure minimal disturbance to the area during access and removal.
Dismantling, loading, and transportation is buyer responsibility
Bidders are encouraged to come to the property before auction end date, to inspect building to understand level of work required to dismantle building
Condition:
Building was used to store Mosquito control equipment and prior to that weed control equipment.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
