Description

This manual contains operating instructions for the A.B. Dick 9905, 9910, 9910D, 9910XCS, and 990XC2 offset presses. When operated and maintained as intended, your unit will produce excellent results over many years of service.

Your offset press is designed and manufactured to provide an economical method of obtaining high-quality printed copies, and is capable of feeding a wide variety of impression paper, envelopes, and card stock due to its highly-efficient air and vacuum control system. Excellent ink coverage over a wide variety of originals is obtained as a result of the twelve-roller ink system. When additional coverage is required, the 9910XCS and 9910XC2 provide a sixteen-roller system with five oscillating rollers for exceptional recovery. This integrated ink and water system allows the operator to produce excellent results with a minimum of training.

For added capacity, the 9910 line of presses features a chain delivery with receiving dolly for stacking and handling long-run jobs. The 9910XCS and 9910XC2 even supply an alcohol-based system to speed ink drying. The 9910XCS and the 9910XC2 are built with an alternate sheet feed feature.

The 9910D and 9910XC2 have a continuous dampener that gives you the control necessary to run a wide variety of jobs.

Once you are acquainted with the step-by-step setup and operation, refer to the section on “Operator Tips” so you can make the best use of your press’s many features.

Please read these operating instructions before using your press, and later as needed.

Q & A

  • Do you have forklift assitance to load on a truck ? 02/19/2026 20:31:04 PM

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry regarding pickup. I checked with our team, and a forklift will not be necessary. The machine has been disassembled and can be slid from the loading dock directly into a truck for pickup. However, there are two manual forklifts available on the loading dock if needed. Please let me know if you need any additional information. 02/22/2026 13:03:38 PM
