As stated in the description it starts and runs. It was driven here and we drove it to take the photos. So yes, we have keys in which to start and run it with. Leaks I don't know. It was stored elsewhere before being brought to secure lot. It is currently parked in a secure area 06/09/2026 11:50:12 AM
