Q & A
Is the engine inoperable or will it start and run with new batteries? 04/28/2026 12:22:19 PM
Hello, the vehicle is listed as needs to be towed when purchased because engine is blown up. 04/28/2026 12:26:54 PM
How long is the bed ? Thank You 05/05/2026 20:26:48 PM
I just measured it and it is approximately 12 feet. 05/06/2026 09:25:48 AM
What engine does it have and just a little more info on blown up. That is awfully broad. Rod thrown, seized up, knocks when running? An honest depiction would be quite fair. 05/05/2026 20:53:52 PM
The vehicle was driving and began billowing large clouds of white smoke and stopped on the side of the road. It was towed to the mechanic who stated the vehicle required a new engine including CAT turbo assembly, CAT engine assembly, turbo charger, DPF system, etc. The City decided to sell the dump truck and replace it. The listing states it needs a new engine which is what we were told. 05/06/2026 09:33:39 AM
