PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING: All property comes to our department from other County departments; therefore, we can only report to you what is reported to us by staff who have used this property firsthand. All of our items are very well used and worn. You are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to inspect property firsthand or to hire a local third party who can inspect it firsthand for you. There may be instances in which other issues are not detected by our staff and, once again, we cannot report what we do not know. Please be assured that we pride ourselves on honesty and integrity and report everything that we are made aware of regarding all of our property. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Online information and phone calls are no substitute for an IN PERSON inspection. We really compel you to see the property before you bid because our items have received so much usage and most contain an ample amount of wear and tear. We would respectfully request that you not bid if you have any doubts whatsoever about the items. Upon removal of the property, all sales are FINAL. All items MUST be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided. Staff will not assist with packing, shipping, etc.-this is the buyer's responsibility. If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.

Property may be removed by appointment only, Monday - Friday from 8am-4pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!! A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
