PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only. Appointments must be made by contacting Thomas Hahn at t.hahn@wsacc.org at least 24 hours in advance. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
Successful Buyer / winning bidder is to coordinate and provide for the removal of the Mobile Office Unit between October 6, 2025, and October 27, 2025, there are no exceptions to the stated dates.
Successful Buyer / winning bidder is responsible for removing Mobile Office Unit from the site, including but not limited to, obtaining all necessary permits, fees, removal of block pier material, installation of axles, tire, wheels, hitches, etc., and the general cleanup and disposal of debris generated at the Mobile Office Unit site, following the removal of the Mobile Office Unit(s).
Trailer-axles, wheels, and tires that were removed for block pier installations are located within the Mobile Office Unit crawl space. The Mobile Office Unit trailer hitches were removed upon installation and are stored and available at the facility site.
All interior furnishings (desks, chairs, computers, file cabinets, etc.) are not included in the Mobile Office Unit purchase.
Seller will assess a $250.00 per day penalty charge for any and all delays to the scheduled removal dates noted above.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.
Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
