This Otis Spunkmeyer commercial cookie display and warming oven was removed from service by Trinidad School District 1, Colorado. Unit features a stainless steel exterior with a glass front display door bearing the Otis Spunkmeyer Cookies logo. Interior includes multiple removable wire racks and metal baking trays designed for warming and displaying baked goods.
The unit powers on and heats properly at time of removal, with no known operational issues reported. Normal cosmetic wear is present from prior institutional use, including light surface marks and minor scuffs consistent with age and use. Interior appears clean and intact.
Includes the oven/display unit only. No additional accessories, manuals, or tools are included. Electrical plug visible; buyer is responsible for verifying electrical requirements prior to use.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
