Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Buyers will be defaulted in GovDeals or a daily storage fee of $10.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the 10 days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal. If using a 3rd-Party agent; buyer must notify seller prior to item removal. Buyer must notify Ron Barrett (ronald@vt.edu) by email with name of person picking up item(s). The buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy of buyer's certificate, including their signed authorization to release their items. Person picking up will be required to sign the Bill of Sale. CONDITIONS OF REMOVAL is by Appointment with 24-hour notice. If additional time is needed for pickup, it must be approved by Ron Barrett, ronald@vt.edu by email BEFORE the item is purchased.
