This item is a Yamaha P22 SE Upright Piano, Institutional Model, finished in black. The piano has been used in the Schertz Senior Day Center and shows normal wear consistent with prior institutional use, including surface dust, scuffs, and cosmetic imperfections.
Interior components, such as the plate, tuning pins, strings, and action are present and appear intact based on inspection. The piano has not been professionally inspected, tuned, or serviced by the city, and no maintenance or acquisition records are available. Operational condition, tuning stability, and regulation are unknown. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the item in person prior to bidding. This item is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, including but not limited to condition, playability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. PAYMENT

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only. Appointments must be made a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from Auction End Date.
The City of Schertz does not provide shipping services for items sold through GovDeals. Buyers, at their discretion, may make arrangements with a third-party courier to take possession of their purchased items, including packaging and shipping, at their own expense. The City does not supply packaging or shipping materials. Buyers utilizing a courier must notify the Purchasing Department of their intent to use a third-party service and, if possible, provide the name of the individual designated to pick up the items on their behalf. The City of Schertz assumes no responsibility for items once they have been accepted by the courier.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
Items not picked up within ten (10) days will be returned to inventory and offered to the second place bidder or re-auctioned.
