.Please provide a PDF for the BOL for freight shipments or a PDF of the prepaid label for FedEx Ground or Home Delivery or USPS for smaller items. For freight shipments, the BOL must clearly identify the buyer/receiver is solely responsible for any and all charges incurred for the shipment. The seller/shipper has not financial responsibility for freight shipments. We charge a $50 handling fee per pallet for freight shipments. Please contact seller for handling fee of smaller items. All handling fees must be paid prior to scheduling pickups.

The Buyer is responsible for arranging freight carrier pickups. The Seller will not arrange freight shipments. We will NOT accept YRC or UPS Freight/TForce Freight as a freight carrier. All freight charges MUST be PREPAID. We will not ship via collect.) However, for smaller items, we ask that you choose FedEx Ground / Home Delivery or USPS because those two carriers pick up at our location on a daily basis.


Property may be removed by appointment only and in person pickup appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Items will not be released to a freight carrier until the seller has provided the buyer with a scheduled pickup appointment. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 5 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the five (5) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

SY Limited Government Remarketing, PA makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
