This lot consists of one 475 ton Mcquay water cooled centrifugal chiller. Comments from our HVAC Supervisor; "This chiller is the one that has been opened for inspection and condemned. Would make a good trainer but parts are missing and lots of rust is present. Has no motor starter. Has a 3 phase 460 volt centrifugal compressor, not all parts are there, several were scrapped on accident." By the time this auction goes live this unit will be outside in our parking lot. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to load and remove this chiller. We cannot provide man power or equipment. Sold AS IS and PICK UP ONLY.

"Yes, a forklift can load it, but you would need to supply it, as ours cannot lift it." 01/05/2026, After speaking with the HVAC supervisor we were told the chiller weighs approximately 18,000 pounds and would require at least two forklifts or a crane. 12/29/2025 10:17:36 AM

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the five (5) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
