Please note in pictures: section of back end of trailer has chipped base and slight wood peeling on internal side door.
Be prepared to tow. IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TOW, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY! All items are used and are being sold “AS IS-WHERE IS”. Winning bidders must make an appointment. Reach out to Spencer {spencer.valentine@indy.gov} prior to picking up or scheduling a pickup of their items. Operating condition since retirement of asset is not always known. Inspections are by appointment only. All bidders interested in making a personal inspection of this asset or those having technical inquiries, please contact Spencer Valentine (317) 626-8451 between 9:00 a.m. and 4 p.m. (EST). Trailer must be removed/towed from lot. No work will be performed on the lot. Bring temporary light bar to tow trailer.

Q & A
So what is your reason for requirements of being towed. It's a trailer don't you tow a trailer? Are you requiring it be placed on another trailer it be removed. I contacted a tow company to remove the trailer from your premises and they told me that they would hook up to it and tow it away? Please clarify what you want and why. In the past, people have shown up to pick up things without the correct vehicles or connections to tow. We stress this to make sure bidders and buyers know that it is the buyer's responsibility to tow it away. 02/24/2026 11:10:43 AM

Yes, the door opens and closes, it does not stay open on its own, it wants to close unless you have some weight on it. It does not leak. 03/04/2026 10:12:19 AM

Removal
REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP!
APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED, you will not be able to pick up property without an appointment.
