This SECO commercial heated holding and proofing cabinet was removed from service by Trinidad School District 1, Colorado. Unit features a stainless steel exterior and interior with adjustable tray rails designed to accommodate standard food pans and bakery trays.
Cabinet is equipped with temperature controls, indicator lights, and a proof/heat selector switch. Interior includes a lower water pan for humidity during proofing operations. Door-mounted thermometer is present for temperature monitoring. Unit powers on and heats at time of removal, with no known operational issues reported.
Cosmetic condition shows normal wear from institutional kitchen use, including surface scratches, discoloration, and residue consistent with age and use. Interior appears structurally intact with no major damage observed.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
