REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS: BREVARD COUNTY WILL NOT SHIP, PACK OR LOAD ANY ITEMS OR COMPLETE A BILL OF LADING FOR SHIPMENT. THE BUYER WILL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS AND PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY LOADING THE LIFT. THIS WILL REQUIRE AT MINIMUM A FORKLIFT AND FLAT BED TRUCK CAPABLE OF TRANSPORTING OVER 14' LONG LIFT PLATES. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction or bidders will be defaulted or incur a storage fee of $10.00 per day, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Removal of property is at Buyer’s own expense, risk, and liability. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. All Pallets, Bins, Tubs, and Rolling Carts shown in pictures are not included in the sale.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is used and offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Brevard County Asset Management, FL makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Most items offered for sale are used and may have other damage, defects, or problems (such as cannibalization) that are not immediately detectable. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
