Lot 2 (Qty 6) Stryker MX-Pro Model 6082 Ambulance stretchers. They reached there useful life, no longer supported by Stryker, and they have been replaced with new models. The serial numbers are: 050739372, 050739371, 040440122, 031139229, 040440100, and 040440107. They are sold as is.
Removal is by appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days as referenced in the Buyer's Certificate. NOTE: GUILFORD COUNTY EMPLOYEES AND EQUIPMENT ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO ASSIST IN THE REMOVAL AND LOADING OF ITEMS. ALL EQUIPMENT AND/OR MANPOWER NEEDED FOR REMOVAL AND LOADING IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AWARDED BIDDER.

An appointment MUST be made to remove the good(s) from Guilford County Property. Goods must be picked up not later than ten (10) business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. A copy of the Signed Buyers Certificate is mandatory to show proof of payment at the time the goods are picked up. Goods are in the Greensboro, NC vicinity, however may NOT be at the main address listed. The Buyer is responsible for all packing, loading and shipping arrangements.”

SALES TAX

Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Also, all Vehicle Titles will be released at the time of Pick Up.
