Need space for all your important files? We have Two units just for you. One in Classic Black and the other in Beige. The drawers work well, lock, but they do not come w/keys. The Dimensions for the Black cabinet are (52" H x 15" W x 25" D). The Beige cabinet dimensions are (52.5" H x 15" W x 28.5" D) Pieces may have some minor blemishes from normal wear.

area is typically staffed Monday-Friday, 1030-1330 , except Holidays. There are no weekend hours available.
Please note that our staff is not able to assist
you with loading, moving or securing your items. You MUST provide your own manpower, tools and equipment to
move and load your items.

Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All items are sold AS-IS and therefore we do not offer inspections prior to bidding, except under special circumstances as determined by seller.
Payment
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.
3. Depending on your history with GovDeals, you may be limited to the number of auctions/transactions that you can participate in simultaneously AND/OR the dollar amount that you can pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal. For additional insight, please visit the Probation FAQ.
SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. In the case of vehicles or other items holding Titles, there may be up to a two week delay to obtain proper signatures and Notary prior to release of vehicle.
WE DO NOT SHIP! The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. If anyone other than the Buyer is to pick up the items, the full name and statement to release must be emailed to the Seller BEFORE the appointed time for said pick up. Tools, equipment or staffing will NOT be provided by Seller. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
