We have up for auction a lot of 10 Recordex ST-700 Interactive Flat Panels. These were pulled from working classrooms. They may or may not include the remote or power cord. We will be listing several lots of these. Once the remotes and cords are gone, they are gone. These are heavy panels, so please come prepared to load with some help with you.

Inspection

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your GovDeals account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Payment Methods are listed above.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate or as per terms of sale agreement. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Rabun County Schools assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Special Instructions

Buildings which are purchased from Rabun County Schools require a $1500 refundable security deposit for complete removal of the structure and site cleanup as specified and agreed to by the purchaser. The security deposit will be returned to the purchaser, in full, upon the satisfactory completion of the building removal and site cleanup.
