* The unit is being offered as surplus and is NOT operational.
* The unit does not run.
* It will require replacement batteries and new tires at a minimum.

* Any additional mechanical, electrical, drivetrain, or structural issues are unknown.
* The unit shows normal to heavy wear consistent with age and prior use, including cosmetic wear and deterioration.

Good afternoon, Unfortunately, no—second offers are only active for a limited period of time. This particular offer will expire on 01/22/2026 at 10:47:06, and we are unable to accommodate inspections within that timeframe. Please note that you may reject this offer. If rejected, the County will re-advertise the item and return it to auction, at which time you (and other interested parties) will have a longer window to complete inspections. If you choose to accept the offer, you are welcome to inspect the unit at the time of pickup. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may refuse the unit at pickup and decline to sign the Bill of Sale. Please be advised that once the Bill of Sale is signed and the asset has been removed from County property, the County will not accept returns under any circumstances, in accordance with the terms and conditions. Removal
