MMLJ, INC DB800 MOBILE DUAL XXL HAS 2 DB 800 BLAST POTS FOR DOUBLE THE EFFICIENCY. IT HAS A ROTAIR D425T4F (425CFM COMPRESSOR) THE UNIT HAS BEEN STORED OUTSIDE BUT LOOKS TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. IM UNSURE OF HOURS ON THE UNIT AS IT DOESN'T HAVE A BATTERY TO POWER UP. IF POSSIBLE I WILL TRY TO RETRIEVE HOURS BUT NO GUARANTEES. THE TIRES SEEM TO BE FAIR CONDITION AND HOLDING AIR. THE UNIT IS BEING SOLD AS IS.
INSPECTIONS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. PICKUPS HAVE TO BE SCHEDULED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. THE PICKUP TIMES ARE TUESDAY THRU FRIDAY 1000-1600 HOWEVER IF THESE TIMES DO NOT WORK ADDITIONAL PICKUPS CAN BE SCHEDULED ACCORDINGLY.

Payment
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
