You are bidding on a pallet of newer seats that was removed from Ford Explorer's and/or Ford Sedan vehicles. The seats are black in color and maybe a single occupant seat or a bench style seat. Seats were removed from the back portion of the vehicles. Seat's will be missing the securing bolts/nuts used to mount to vehicle. There are between 8-10 seats per pallet. Winning bidder will be responsible for loading complete pallet, or for breaking down contents of pallet and loading onto vehicle. There is no implied or otherwise, warranty associated with the seats.

Removal
Removal – All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Appointment REQUIRED. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Cherokee County assume responsibility of packing, loading, or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30am and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays by appointment only.
