Bradman Lake SX 1200 Bulk Packer (2012) with ABB IRB 260 M2004 Pick and Place Robot (2011). Currently confirgured to pack two sizes of plastic bottles in carton boxes with a carton sheet between the layers of the bottles. The machine sets up the boxes, loads the bottles and closes the box with hot glue. The bulk packer has two infeed lanes: one for 9 oz bottles and one for 4 oz bottles. Before the bottles enter the chamber, the height of each bottle is checked. Cycle time: 3000 products per hour (1500 per lane). Box size 1: 573 x 360 x 363mm. Box size 2: 573 x 360 x 504mm. Sheet size: 563 x 350mm. ABB IRB 260 M2004 robot IRB 260-30/1.5 variant with IRC5 PMC [n1] (v17) control module controller, IRC5PMC Drive (v7) drive module controller, IRB260 [n1] (v16) manipulator.
