The seller will use the buyer’s name and mailing address listed on the GovDeals certificate to prepare the quitclaim deed paperwork. The seller will then submit the quitclaim deed to the county for recording and provide copies to the buyer once recording is complete. Seller is responsible for ensuring the deed is recorded with the county.
