Six (6), indoor V.O.S. Gymnasium Seating made by Interkal, Inc. Each bleacher opens
to 22 feet when extended. The width is 14 feet, with an overall height of 13 feet. Each
section has 14 rows, metal seating, wood flooring. Each sitting surface is 9 inches wide.
All bleachers are being sold 'as is, where is', and transfer with no guarantees. All
measurements are approximate.

Once purchased, bleachers will need to be disassembled and removed for the existing
gymnasium structure (requirement of the buyer). The gymnasium is set to be
demolished so required equipment can be used inside. The gymnasium is
approximately 4 feet below ground level. Gym does not have a ramp or elevated loading
dock.

The high bidder will be responsible for the safe breakdown and/or removal of the
bleachers. The high bidder must also show proof of liability insurance in an amount of at
least $1,000,000.00 per incident for damages or injury to persons or property.
Furthermore, no warranty, either expressed or implied, is made by Central Intermediate
Unit 10 as to the condition of the bleachers. The high bidder expressly will assume all
dangers, risks and hazards regarding the bleacher removal and if the high bid is
accepted, shall therefore release, protect, indemnify and hold harmless Central
Intermediate Unit 10, its agents, employees and assigns, from and against any and all
claims, demands, causes of action and damages of any kind, including but not limited
to, attorney’s fees and litigation costs resulting from any accident, incident or
occurrence arising out of or in any way resulting from the removal of the bleachers,
whether or not caused by Central Intermediate Unit 10 negligence.
