Inspection
* All assets are second-hand and sold on "As is, Where is" basis with all faults and without recourse. Each of the seller, the Auctioneer and, where applicable, Liquidity Services has used its reasonable endeavors to ensure that the description of each lot(s) appearing on the Site are accurate, but the buyer relies upon such description at its own risk. Buyers should satisfy themselves prior to the sale as to the condition of the lot and should exercise and rely on their judgment as to whether the lot accords with its description at their own risk;
* Inspection is optional and by appointment only with seller’s permission, we encourage you inspect assets onsite if possible, inspection after the offer closes is not permitted;

* A refundable deposit CNY50,000 or USD7000 is needed prior to bidding;
* All prices are net prices and subject to 18% buyer’s premium and applicable taxes (13% VAT on assets and 6% VAT on top of buyer’s premium); Please consult us before bidding;
* For example, if the offer is 100, total amount buyer needs to pay is：100 × 1.13+100 x 18% x 1.06 = 132.08;
* Transaction currency: CNY;
* Payment type and due: Wire Transfer; Liquidity Services will raise proforma invoices first and all payments must be made to designated bank account prior to pick-up; payment due 3 days upon proforma invoice date;
* Please ensure beneficiary receives 100% of the invoice amount, all bank charges shall be borne by payer;
* Buyer must use the same entity name for deposit, bidding and payment;

Removal
* Buyer must strictly comply with the seller’s EHS and Environment guidance during the dismantling, packing and removal work for purchased assets at but not limited to the seller’s premise;
*Dismantling, packing, rigging, loading and shipping fee(Including any other related fee) are at buyer's sole expense, buyer should be responsible for all the export and import related issue and cost;
* 买家在包括但不限于卖家场地内进行所购买设备相关拆卸、包装、搬运及其他作业时，应严格遵守卖方相关的安全健康以及环保规定；
* 拆卸、包装、吊装，搬运及运输所产生的费用（包括任何由此产生的工程费用）由买家自理，所有进出口事宜均由买家自行负责；
