Removal Instructions: The removal of the property is performed by scheduled appointment only. The removal hours are on Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The vehicle must be towed from the premise.

Title and Removal Instructions:
1. Buyer must submit a copy of driver's license and the information to complete the title document to the seller. If vehicle is to be titled in a company name, a valid business license must be submitted.
2. Seller will use the information provided by the buyer to complete the certificate of title and bill of sale documents.
3. Once the title documents are filled, Seller will contact buyer to schedule the removal.
4. If Buyer is out of state, Seller will mail title to Buyer to sign and return to Seller. Once Seller is in receipt of title, Buyer may arrange transporter in conjunction with Seller to remove vehicle.
5. Titling processing may take up to 30 days.
VEHICLE CANNOT BE REMOVED/PICKED UP UNTIL THE BUYER HAS SIGNED THE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE.

1. THIS VEHICLE IS LOCATED ON THE GROUNDS OF REAGAN NATIONAL AIRPORT.
2. ALL PICKUPS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
3. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE TOWED OFF OF PREMISES
4. PICKUP MUST OCCUR WITHIN 2-WEEKS AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE TITLE WORK.
5: A valid state issued identification is required for pickup. If sending a 3rd party, the 3rd party must have buyer certificate, copy of buyer’s driver license, signed note authorizing the 3rd party to pick up items. Seller does not ship. Property not picked up within two weeks after the completion of the title work will be declared abandoned and resold. We encourage you to pay immediately and contact seller within 48 hours of auction close.
Title Processing and Vehicle Removal Requirements:
1. Buyer must send copy of their driver's license and confirm the information (name and address) to complete the Certificate of Title and Bill of Sale documents to the Seller.
2. Seller will send electronically the Bill of Sale to the Buyer for review, signature and return to the Seller.
3. If Buyer is coming to pick up the vehicle, the Seller will contact the Buyer and schedule the date of removal. During the removal process, the Buyer will sign the original Certificate of Title and will receive the Bill of Sale, and keys to the vehicle if available.
4. If Buyer is sending a transporter or agent, the Seller will send they Buyer the Certificate of Title to sign and return to the Seller. Upon receipt of the signed Certificate of Title, the Seller will schedule removal arrangements with the Buyer.

The above described asset is certified to be owned by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. The assets will be sold as is, where is. There are no returns, guarantees, warranties, or post-sale claims based on working condition.
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority reserves the right to withdraw property from auction prior to removal from seller's premises.
The successful bidder (buyer) is responsible for arranging and paying for transportation, rigging, loading, and shipping.
State/Local Sales and/or Use Tax. Buyers may be subject to payment of State and local sales and/or use tax. Buyers are responsible for contacting the appropriate tax office, completing any forms, and paying any taxes that may be imposed.”
