WHEN USED LAST (2020) ALL SYSTEMS WERE FUNTIONING, INCLUDING 2 ROOFTOP A/Cs, GENERATOR, HVAC GAS HEATING, REFRIGERATOR (GAS OR ELECTRIC POWERED), STEREO, GAS OVEN, WATER HEATER, PLUMBING SYSTEM, LEVELING JACKS. DISCLAIMERS: AFTER SITTING FOR A FEW YEARS, NOTHING HAS BEEN POWERDUP FOR TESTING AND THERE IS A SMALL WATER LEAK OR TWO, BUT NOTHING SIGNIFICANT (SEE PHOTOS). There is no specific deadline for removal. I currently pay $50/mo. for secured/fenced-in storage space and this can continue. For towing, we have used Maggio's Truck Center. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
