Moorage Option:
The vessel may remain in Salmon Harbor if the new owner meets all harbor requirements, including:
Valid boat registration with OSMB
Proof of liability insurance ($300,000 minimum)
Signed moorage agreement
Compliance with all Salmon Harbor rules and regulations (NOTE- Salmon Harbor DOES NOT allow liveaboards)

Title Status:

This vessel was a seizure per ORS 830.911. A bill of sale will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for obtaining title through the Oregon State Marine Board or other applicable agency.

Minimum Bid Justification:

This vessel was abandoned in the harbor and is being sold as-is, where-is. The engine and sail condition are unknown, and no title will be provided—obtaining clear title will be the buyer’s responsibility. The buyer must also meet all harbor compliance requirements if they intend to keep the vessel moored in Salmon Harbor.
