Q & A

Have a question or looking to schedule an appointment?

  • Hello What paperwork will buyer receive showing that home was built to code and processes were inspected/signed off? What code was it built under? Southern? Thank you 08/09/2026 17:51:27 PM

We had a rough framing inspection, a rough electrical inspection and rough plumbing inspection. There cannot be a final inspection until it’s set up on site so that’s as far as the inspections can go. It’s built per print. A bank or a city may require a final occupancy inspection once it’s set up however, if it’s put inside the county anywhere, but Portsmouth, there’s no other inspections required only a preference by the buyer 08/12/2026 09:08:31 AM
