All documentation must be signed and taxes, fees must be paid prior to vehicle removal.In the event a third party is to remove the asset the buyer must fill out, sign and return an Authorization Release Form via email to the seller. This email must be sent from the same email registered with GovDeals.
Florida buyers are required by law to register vehicles and pay taxes directly to sellers without exception. Applicable taxes, title and fees must be paid directly to the seller separately from GovDeals payment.
