All of those lands described in Document Number 469544, recorded at the Calumet County Register of Deeds lying southwest of the described line of Transportation Project Plat 1500-32-21 – 4.01, recorded in Volume D of Plats, Page 42 as Document No. 454047, recorded in Calumet County, described as follows;
Beginning at Point 721; thence N 01°16'56" W, a distance of 649.82 feet, to Point 718; thence N 03°50'03" W, a distance of 197.72 feet, to Point 720; thence S 87°57'24" W, a distance of 60.58 feet, to Point 302; thence N 00°21'34" E, a distance of 105.81 feet, to Point 719 and being the end of said described line.
Said parcel contains 1.110 acre(s) or 48,352 sq. ft. of land, more or less.
