* All assets are second-hand and sold on "As is, Where is" basis with all faults and without recourse. Each of the seller, the Auctioneer and, where applicable, Liquidity Services has used its reasonable endeavors to ensure that the description of each lot(s) appearing on the Site are accurate, but the buyer relies upon such description at its own risk. Buyers should satisfy themselves prior to the sale as to the condition of the lot and should exercise and rely on their judgment as to whether the lot accords with its description at their own risk;

* Buyer should strictly follow seller's schedule for removal and collection;

* Buyer must strictly comply with the seller’s EHS and Environment guidance during the dismantling, packing and removal work for purchased assets at but not limited to the seller’s premise;

* Dismantling, packing, rigging, loading and shipping fee(Including any other related fee) are at buyer's sole expense, buyer should be responsible for all the export and import related matter and cost;

* By participating in this sale, you consent to be bound by relevant terms and conditions;

* Final bids are subject to the confirmation from Seller. Winning buyers will be notified about the pick-up procedure after full payment;

* Seller reserves the right to vet any participant and can refuse any unqualified buyer from participating this sale; Liquidity Services has the final interpretation to the special terms and conditions in this sale;
