Tax Lien Certificate Sale - 3109 Arlington Ave Bessemer AL 35020
This is a Tax Lien Certificate Sale of Real Estate. This sale includes four tax lien certificates associated with the property. Three of the tax lien certificates bear interest at its statutory rate of 12% per annum, and one at 11%, calculated independently per certificate from its respective issue date, in accordance with Alabama law and Tax Collector procedures.
Assignment of Tax Lien Certificate will be executed by the Seller and submitted to the issuing Tax Collector following the auction close and buyer payment. Ownership transfers upon recording by the Tax Collector. The Tax Collector will issue and send new certificate(s) in the Buyer’s name.
