Removal
***SELLER TO PREPARE DEED DIRECTLY***
Upon receipt of payment and vesting information, the grant deed/special warranty deed will be prepared by the Seller and sent to the County to be recorded into your name. A copy of the deed will be emailed to you for your records and the County will mail you the original stamped deed once they have recorded it for transfer.
In order to ensure deeds are prepared in a timely manner and recorded with the prospective county quickly, please make sure to check your email for a Vesting Form that will be sent once payment is received. We cannot prepare your deed until we collect this information.
