The first issue was that the Modern believed the Engine control module was faulty. The module failed to fire the number 2cylinder fuel injector. The parts were not available through JLG or Ford. However, ECM Modules are available used onebay.
The second issue is that the control cable for the boom has snapped and is stuck inside the boom. This has the boom extension stuck approximately 3 feet out. This is repairable.
